Then the A.M. Boot Camp class is for you!

A.M. Boot Camp will include a variety of functional strength exercises combined with cardio circuit intervals, plyometrics and other boot camp drills that work the full body. This class is designed for all fitness levels to lose weight, tone, increase strength and endurance. This class includes also includes a cool down and full body stretch to increase flexibility and reduce the risk of injury.

So if you are looking for a morning exercise program that keeps you motivated, accountable and most importantly gets you results A.M. Boot Camp is for you!

This 30 minute Core circuit is designed to specifically target the midsection.

During this program we will work the Abs, Oblique’s, Lower Back and other stabilizing muscles which make up the Core! These exercises will provide what it takes to have a strong, balanced core which will help improve posture, reduce back pain and sculpt the midsection.

These exercises will be combined with cardio exercises to provide maximal benefits and burn fat while toning the core! This class will also include a warm up and stretch to improve flexibility and reduce the risk of injury.

So if you are looking to improve your core strength or are just looking to flatten, tone and tighten your core then this is the class for you!

ARM-Sanity is a class designed to tone, tighten and strengthen your arms.

This class includes a variety of exercises to work the chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps and forearms. Enjoy a fast-paced routine designed to get an efficient and effective workout in a minimal amount of time. We combine arm workout techniques with cardio drills to BURN FAT and BUILD MUSCLE all in one 30-minute workout.

This program will also include a 5-min warm up, cool-down and stretch to help improve flexibility, range of motion, and reduce risk of injury.

Boxing Boot Camp is a unique class that proves that boxing and boot camp drills combined is a phenomenal combination. In this class we will be using a variety of equipment including bob (human-like heavy bag), double end bag, speed bag, focus mitts, etc.

This class is great for toning the whole body especially the arms, shoulders and core! Boxing Boot Camp is also great to improve coordination, endurance and reduce stress. If you're sick of the same old boring workout and are looking for something new this is the class for you!

LEG-Sanity is a class designed to tone, tighten and strengthen your legs.

During this fast-paced class we will use a variety of high-intensity intervals combined with cardio and leg-specific exercises to sculpt your legs while getting a metabolic ripple effect causing you to burn more calories for up to 48 hours!

This program will also include a 5-min warm up and a 5-min cool-down and stretch to help improve flexibility and range of motion.

Metabolic Meltdown is a 30-minute class designed to burn a maximal amount of calories in a short period of time.

This class will include full-body multi-joint exercises combined with high intensity intervals and cardiovascular exercise. Elevating the heart rate throughout the whole session causes a metabolic ripple effect, which will help boost the metabolism and burn calories throughout your day!

We start with a warm-up and finish off with a full-body stretch to provide you the most well-rounded 30-minute program you have ever completed!
