Our strength program includes a variety of exercises combined with cardio to help you build muscle and burn fat all in one workout! This program focuses on multi-joint and isolation exercises targeting the upper body, lower body and core to optimize strength and muscle in those areas. We also implement multiple sets, techniques and emphasize strict form to ensure the muscles are worked properly and safely.

This program starts with a 5-min warm-up and ends with a 5-min cool-down and stretch to help improve flexibility, range of motion and reduce risk of injury. So if you are looking for a challenging workout to put your whole body to the test, try our Strength program!
