LEG-SANITY

LEG-Sanity is a class designed to tone, tighten and strengthen your legs.
During this fast-paced class we will use a variety of high-intensity intervals combined with cardio and leg-specific exercises to sculpt your legs while getting a metabolic ripple effect causing you to burn more calories for up to 48 hours!
This program will also include a 5-min warm up and a 5-min cool-down and stretch to help improve flexibility and range of motion.
