ARM-SANITY

ARM-Sanity is a class designed to tone, tighten and strengthen your arms.
This class includes a variety of exercises to work the chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps and forearms. Enjoy a fast-paced routine designed to get an efficient and effective workout in a minimal amount of time. We combine arm workout techniques with cardio drills to BURN FAT and BUILD MUSCLE all in one 30-minute workout.
This program will also include a 5-min warm up, cool-down and stretch to help improve flexibility, range of motion, and reduce risk of injury.
