Similar to “The Biggest Loser”, two teams will compete over a seven-week period to be crowned the winners of the Fit Club Challenge.


The team that has the highest % body weight lost by the end of the program will split a cash prize!

 

Group meetings for Fit Club and Fit Club: The Workout include: nutrition & fitness education, weigh-ins, calorie tracking, goal-setting, and body fat testing (done 3x over eight weeks). Participants in Fit Club: The Workout also enjoy 45-min workout sessions as part of their group meetings.

 

Get small-group support and motivation, guaranteed to keep you motivated by making you accountable - not only for yourself, but also for your entire team!

Fit-to-5K is a running program designed to help you improve your running ability.

 

Over nine weeks, the class will meet at several different locations within a 15-min radius from the Fitness Factory to offer a variety of terrains and courses for you to conquer. At the end of this program we will be participating in the Fast n Flat 5K race in Windham, NH to put your skills to the test!

 

This is an excellent program for people are looking to improve endurance, speed and their current running times or those who are currently exercising and looking to lose weight or achieve new goals!

Metabolic Meltdown is a 30-minute class designed to burn a maximal amount of calories in a short period of time.

 

This class will include full-body multi-joint exercises combined with high intensity intervals and cardiovascular exercise. Elevating the heart rate throughout the whole session causes a metabolic ripple effect, which will help boost the metabolism and burn calories throughout your day!

 

We start with a warm-up and finish off with a full-body stretch to provide you the most well-rounded 30-minute program you have ever completed!

This 30-minute core circuit is designed to specifically target the midsection.

 

During this program we will work the abs, obliques, lower back and other stabilizing muscles which make up the core! These exercises will provide what it takes to have a strong, balanced core which will help improve posture, reduce back pain and sculpt the midsection.

 

These exercises will be combined with cardio exercises to provide maximal benefits and burn fat while toning the core! This class will also include a warm up and stretch to improve flexibility and reduce the risk of injury.

ARM-Sanity is a class designed to tone, tighten and strengthen your arms.

This class includes a variety of exercises to work the biceps, triceps, shoulders and forearms. Enjoy a fast-paced routine designed to get an efficient and effective workout FAST. We combine arm workout techniques with cardio drills to BURN FAT and BUILD MUSCLE all in one 30-minute workout. The routine will change weekly to give your arms a challenge and focus on different areas of your arms each week.

This program will also include a 5-min warm up and a 5-min cool-down and stretch to help improve flexibility, range of motion, and reduce risk of injury.

Boxing Boot Camp is a unique class that proves that boxing and boot camp drills combined is a phenomenal combination. In this class we will be using a variety of equipment including bob (human-like heavy bag), double end bag, speed bag, focus mitts, etc.

Cardio Circuit X-Training (CCXT) is a class in which resistance training will be combined with cardiovascular training. CCXT will help improve muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and will also help to increase your body's metabolism. During this 45-min class we will include: a warm up, cross-training-cardio circuit exercises designed to work your entire body, followed by a cool down and stretch. CCXT also includes weigh-ins each week to track your progress and keep you on track! This class is recommended for any level of fitness from beginner to advanced and is a great way to tone and get the body you want without spending hours at the gym!

Congratulations to the winners of the 2017 Holiday Survivor Transformation Contest! This year the total CASH PRIZE was $285 for the 19 competitors in the contest!

This year the winner for the highest % body weight lost was…. Phyrephly (Lori G.) She lost a total of 11.04% Body weight in only 8 WEEKS! Amazing job Lori you exceeded all your goals!

This year there was a three way tie for the Most Fitness Points earned throughout the contest, these contestants went 100% this year and hit all points necessary throughout the contest! This means 7 days a week for 8 weeks they drank a minimum of 64oz of water, did a minimum of 10,000 steps, 30min of exercise and tracked their food everyday as well... Amazing!! The winners for the Most Fitness Points are….. Phrephly (Lori G.) Runny Babbit (Emily K.) & York (Tracey W.).

I also wanted to give everyone a shout out who finished the contest this year, this was one of the most competitive contests yet and the results speak for themselves! Thank you to everyone who participated - you all did great!
